If you are being contractually obligated by a general contractor, public agency, or other project owner to create an LCPtracker account, your onboarding process would need to be initiated by that organization. Once this entity has completed the process of setting you up as a contractor and assigning you to their project(s), an onboarding email will be sent to your email address – prompting you to set up your LCPtracker account. If you cannot find an onboarding email (don’t forget to check your junk folder), we suggest contacting this organization to confirm that they have completed setup to initiate this email.
