Daily Reporter is an advanced mobile application that assists in facilitating compliance reporting on the jobsite by allowing on-site personnel to easily submit daily logs from any mobile device directly from the field.
Users simply log hours in the application and submit the data electronically, leveraging time-saving tools to transform a tedious task into a quicker, more efficient process. And with other convenient features – such as pre-loaded data, daily activity tracking, and auto-populated weather – compliance reporting from the field is even more streamlined.
And best of all – Daily Reporter is a fully integrated add-on module to LCPtracker Pro. This provides closed-loop reporting and helps ensure a higher level of accuracy on your federal Davis-Bacon projects by cross-checking the data collected on site with the hours reported on certified payroll reports. With this data validation feature, manual checks are eliminated, saving time and increasing overall administrative efficiency.

Daily Reporter is a mobile-based application designed for the construction site, enabling users to submit daily logs directly from the field. It integrates with LCPtracker Pro so that daily logs are checked against certified payroll data, providing an added layer of verification to compliance processes.
Daily Reporter automatically crosschecks worker crafts, classifications, and hours recorded on daily logs against the respective certified payroll reports submitted for that week. Any discrepancies between the two will be automatically flagged, identifying potential errors before an audit or investigation.
Daily Reporter allows users to record labor hours, safety incidents, equipment usage, daily progress, and other project updates. Weather can be auto-populated based off geocode – saving users from tedious daily manual entry.
The app digitizes the process of recording employee hours and daily job site activities on a mobile device. Foremen, superintendents, and other onsite managers no longer need to keep track of paper reports; everything is securely stored on the cloud. When internet connection is unavailable on construction sites, Daily Reporter will save progress in offline mode and automatically sync to the cloud when connection is restored.
